Mixing It with Crystals - Refund Policy
In accordance with your statutory rights required by law, with proof of purchase, a refund may be obtained if the product is defective, unfit for purpose or does not match the description.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods can be returned with these conditions:
- Contact is made within 5 days of receipt of cargo, a photo accompanying an email, a Return Slip is issued
- Return Slips are valid for 14 days of issue date
- If the Product has been damaged or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected
- Products containing Liquid, must be sealed and secured to ensure that there is no leakage during transit
- It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for Return postage and ensure that proof of delivery is received upon returned delivery
